Rates & Policies

Prior to establishment of water service, the Applicant is responsible for providing required documentation, signed service application, deposit and installation cost for service.  Road bores and line installations can only be done during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, and must be inspected and accepted by a representative of LBWS prior to covering the line.  The customer is responsible for providing open access to the meter for reading or maintenance purposes.  Only one user per meter is allowed.  All bills are due and payable on the 10th of each month.  All non current accounts are subject to late charges and reconnection fees.

Tamper Fee     $500.00 1st Offense then $500.00 per Offense thereafter.  Charges will  be filed with local sheriff department.  TAMPERING WITH A WATER METER OR THEFT OF A UTILITY IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE.  If a lock is on the meter contact office during normal business hours.  DO NOT CUT THE LOCK.  

Disconnects for Non-Payment, must settle via CASH or MONEY ORDERS only; NO checks.  If payments are not received by 4:15pm on the 15th of each month a penalty of $100.00 will be added whether or not services have been disconnected.  

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE MADE ONLINE AFTER 4:15pm on the 15th of each month.  Payment options will remain deactivated until new bills drop the following week.
